Node夜光云 Terms of Service

Welcome to Node夜光云. These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of Node夜光云 about your use of the Service. By registering or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

The Service provides encrypted network connections (VPN / proxy) to protect the privacy and security of your connection. Available regions, servers and speeds may vary with network conditions.

2. Your account

• Keep your credentials safe. Do not lend, transfer or sell your account.
• Contact us promptly if your account is compromised.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for activities that violate applicable law, including spam, attacks on networks, distributing malware, infringing others' rights or fraud. We may suspend or terminate the Service for violations without refund.

4. Payments and subscriptions

• Plan prices, durations and data allowances are as shown on the purchase page.
• App Store purchases: payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period within 24 hours before the end of the current period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
• Google Play purchases: auto-renewing subscriptions are charged through Google Play at the same price and period. Cancel anytime in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; access continues until the end of the current period.
• Refunds: app store purchases follow Apple's / Google's refund policies; website purchases follow the refund policy published on the website.

5. Disclaimer

We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure, network operators or third parties.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service if you breach these terms.

7. Changes

We will notify you on the website or in the app of material changes. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
