How do I get started?

Create an account, choose a plan and pay. Then download our app (or any compatible client), sign in or import your subscription link, and tap Connect.

Which devices are supported?

iOS, Android, Windows and macOS. You can also import your subscription into compatible third-party clients such as Clash, Shadowrocket or v2rayN.

Do you keep logs of my activity?

No. We do not log the websites you visit, your DNS queries or the content of your traffic, and we never sell or share user data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

I cannot connect. What should I do?

Update your subscription in the app, switch to another server or protocol, and make sure your device clock is set automatically. If it still fails, contact us with your username and the server you tried.

How do I cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription?

iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Your plan stays active until the end of the current period.

Can I get a refund?

Shared plans bought on our website have a 7-day money-back guarantee. App Store and Google Play purchases are refunded through Apple or Google under their refund policies.

How do I delete my account?

In the app go to Me → Delete account, or use the account deletion page on our website. Your account and data are deleted permanently.

Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with a shared plan, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting support. Refunds go back to the original payment method or to your account balance.

The guarantee applies to shared plans only. Dedicated IP products allocate exclusive resources on activation and are not covered.

The guarantee is limited to once per account and does not apply to abuse, violations of the Terms of Service or banned accounts.

Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are refunded under Apple's or Google's refund policies.
